To initiate a Remote Support Session, please complete the following steps. Standard technical support fees may apply. 1. Enter your PIN code. 2. Click the "Connect to Technician" button. 3. Click "Run" in the dialog box to download the applet. 4. Click "Run" in the dialog box to install the support applet. 5. Click "Accept" in the "Terms and Conditions" box. 6. Click "Ok" in the dialog box to initiate the support session. A technician will be with you shortly.
