Moriah Corporation is confident you will be fully satisfied with your purchase of our products or services. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, the following Return and Exchange policy assists us in quickly attending to your needs.
Return Policy
Contact our Customer Service Department to obtain your Return Authorization Number. Return Authorization Numbers are valid for 10 days from date of issuance. Moriah Corporation will not accept returns or exchanges without a Return Authorization Number. Please be sure to include a contact name, daytime phone number, reason for return of the item, and the address you would like the refund or exchange delivered.
Opened software, CD's, DVD movies, pre-recorded videos, video games and consumables such as ink, cleaning cartridges, etc; may ONLY BE EXCHANGED FOR THE EXACT SAME ITEM AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND.
All products purchased marked "CLEARANCE" and/or " NO REFUNDS" (including refurbished, new, and open box items) CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Return Policy
Contact our Customer Service Department to obtain your Return Authorization Number. Return Authorization Numbers are valid for 10 days from date of issuance. Moriah Corporation will not accept returns or exchanges without a Return Authorization Number. Please be sure to include a contact name, daytime phone number, reason for return of the item, and the address you would like the refund or exchange delivered.
- Product purchases can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase. No refunds or exchanges are accepted after 14 days from the date of purchase.
- To receive a refund, credit or exchange, your purchase must be returned with shipping and insurance pre-paid in "as new" condition, in the original box and packaging, and with all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund or exchange.
- All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or receipt and must be packaged in the original, undamaged packaging. Moriah Corporation will not accept the return or exchange of any item if the original UPC code has been removed from the packaging.
- An open box restocking fee equal to 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened item, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the exact same item. The 15% open box fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange. Shipping and insurance charges are not refunded.
- Refunds or credits are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods. Refunds or credits do not include original shipping and handling charges.
- All returns must be shipped, insured, and prepaid. Please note, shipping is non-refundable if Moriah Corporation did not make an error on your shipment. Shipping fees will not be refunded if the shipment is refused at time of delivery. Moriah Corporation will refund shipping charges for defective or damaged merchandise only.
- All refunds will be issued by check, in the name of the original purchaser, regardless of the original method of payment.

- Refunds on credit card purchases will be made with a check and will only be refunded to the original issuer of the check at the time of sale. Refunds will be issued by check from Moriah Corporation's corporate office within 10 business days of the return date.
