Limited Warranties
Moriah Corporation does not directly warrant the products of other manufacturers. These products are backed by the warranties of the original manufacturer or publisher. Consult the product documentation included with your purchase for specific warranty information.
New OEM computer systems configured by Moriah Corporation are warranted for one year from the date of purchase against all hardware defects. Extended warranty's may be purchased at the time of sale. Individual system components may be backed by the limited warranties of the original manufacturer or publisher. New Product Warranties
All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service agreements are governed by the products manufacturers.
Refurbished And Used Product Warranties
Refurbished and used items are sold "AS IS", unless Moriah Corporation specifies in writing the product includes a limited manufacturer's warranty. Some refurbished products may come with a limited manufacturer's warranty. If a product includes a warranty, Moriah Corporation will indicate such warranty in writting or on our web sites.
Clearance And Open Box Product Warranties
Clearance items are sold "AS IS", unless Moriah Corporation specifies in writing the product includes a manufacturer's warranty. Some Clearance and open box products may include a limited manufacturer's warranty. If a product includes a warranty, Moriah Corporation will indicate such warranty in writing or on our web sites.
CDs and manuals may not be included with Clearance or Refurbished items, but you may be able to order or download disks and manuals directly from the manufacturer's web site (additional fees may apply).
We test each Open Box product by powering it up prior to shipping. We will not ship any item that fails to "power up." Other than a "power up" test, all Open Box items are sold "AS IS", unless Moriah Corporation specifies in writing the product includes a manufacturer's warranty.
